The Short Version:
As an Independent Story Teller Consultant, you can earn income three ways!
- When selling the product, your earning capacity begins at 25 percent and can be as high as 35 percent.
- Sharing the opportunity with others and building a team offers a second source of income. Anywhere between 1 to 15 percent can be earned on your team's volume.
- Earn extra perks along the way in the form of Quick Start Bonuses, Incentives, and Monthly Promotions.

Leadership Bonuses: From the very beginning, you begin earning bonus on your entire Team Volume (sales) of at least 1% as long as you have at least $200 in sales in the month you wish to receive a Bonus. Your Team consists of yourself PLUS anyone you bring into the company. The amount of Bonus you earn on your team is equal to the difference between your Sales Bonus % level (25% or up) and theirs. So if you bring someone into the company, they begin at the 25% level, or 0% Sales Bonus. When you are at the 5% Sales Bonus level you make an additional 5% (the difference) on their sales and any sales of their own team members becuase the difference in your Sales Bonuses is 5%!

These are the facts:
There is a High Earning Potential: Consultants make 25%-35% on their personal sales and 1%-10% on their team's sales!
It's Your Business!: You set the hours, the pace, and the rewards you want to earn. You can sell at parties, craft fairs, libraries, schools, county fairs, online and at conventions. You can build a team of Consultants anywhere in the USA!
There are No Quotas!: There really are no quotas to receive sales commissions. This is unheard of in this industry but because we value our Consultants and recognize that everyone's needs and family obligations are different, you truly are allowed to make this YOUR business! You are required to have at least $200 in sales each month to receive bonus on your team, however. That minimum is so low, you can easily achieve it working only 1 day a month!
